Data you capture using our platform remains your property. We claim no ownership over your captured imagery or extracted data.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are subject to the following:

Subscription terms and pricing are as specified at the time of purchase
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoCam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Accuracy of measurements and outputs depends on capture quality and conditions. Users should verify critical measurements independently.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeoCam, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
